AUSTRALIA

We have the below shipping options:

  • STANDARD Shipping within Australia (3-7 business days): $8 AUD
  • EXPRESS Shipping within Australia (1-4 business days): $12 AUD

We use AusPost for all domestic orders. Please note: we are based in WA so plan accordingly. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

 

NEW ZEALAND

We have the below shipping options:

  • STANDARD Shipping to New Zealand (5-10 business days): $12 AUD

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

 

REST OF THE WORLD

We have the below shipping options:

  • STANDARD International Shipping (5-15 business days): $20 AUD

We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time frames are indicative of our delivery partner recommendations and can be subject to change. For more information please contact the delivery service provider directly.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES

As we are unable to  advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@byastrielle.com. 

CHANGE OF MIND

We offer store credit only for change of mind returns.
Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: 

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • It should be unused
  • Item must be returned with no stains, including makeup or fake tan
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Our bikini bottoms strictly have no returns/exchanges due to hygiene reasons

Please allow up to 14 days to issue the store credit or refund. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
